Since its inception in 2002, the UN System Staff College has continuously adapted to respond to the learning, training and knowledge management needs of UN staff and relevant partners. Established as an inter-agency learning institution, we have become strategic partners to a wide planet-spanning network of stakeholders.

Each year we offer over 220 programmes to over 44,000 professionals. Either online, face-to-face, or a combination of both, our learning solutions deliver high-quality learning experiences that support professionals along their learning journeys. 

Depending on the programme you choose, you may be based at our campuses in Turin or Bonn. Both campuses contain easy blends of old and new. Both offer state-of-the-art teaching spaces located within buildings and surroundings of historic significance.

In addition, we offer an expansive array of self-directed digital offerings on Blue Line – an online learning hub for UN personnel – and on UNKampus.
