Job interviews are arguably some of the most important meetings that greatly affect your career trajectory. It is the bridge that allows the applicant to land a job. In order to pass the bridge successfully, some certain tips and techniques need to be adapted in an interview to turn it into a successful one.
The basic rule of a good interview is the ability to convince the hiring manager of why you are a good fit for the job. Because the competition rate over jobs is rising, we designed this course to brush up on basic interview skills and prepare you for your interview, regardless of the position you’re trying to get.
We will share with you tips, advice and opinions from employers to demonstrate confidence in your communication with the person conducting the interview. You will learn how to prove yourself as the optimal person for the job, through a combination of the unique personality, experiences, interests and competencies appropriate for the job.

الوحدة الأولى: الاستعداد لإجراء مقابلة العمل والمقابلات الشخصية
تتناول هذه الوحدة مقدمة موجزة لتفاصيل المساق من المحاضرات والاختبارات المساعدة في الاستعداد لمقابلة العمل، وسنتطرق للأنواع المختلفة من المقابلات وكيفية التخطيط للمقابلة والأسئلة الأكثر شيوعاً ومقابلات الطلاب وحديثي التخرج.
الوحدة الثانية: الأسئلة المتعلقة بقطاعات معينة
ستتعرّف في هذه الوحدة على الأسئلة الشائعة حول القطاعات المختلفة كـ التسويق والمبيعات والوظائف الإدارية والفنية وكيفية التعامل مع الأسئلة الصعبة.
الوحدة الثالثة: استراتيجيات المتابعة وآداب مقابلات العمل
التعرف على الأسئلة التي يمكن توجيهها إلى الشخص الذي يجري المقابلة، وأهمية الاهتمام بالمظهر عند التقدم لمقابلة العمل، وأفضل ممارسات التفوق بمقابلات العمل، وأخطاء المقابلات.
About Edraak
Edraak, is a massive open online course (MOOC) platform, that is an initiative of the Queen Rania Foundation (QRF). QRF is determined to ensure that the Arab world is at the forefront of educational innovation. As such, QRF has capitalized on regional Arab talent to leverage technology developed by the Harvard-MIT consortium, edX, to create the first non-profit Arabic MOOC platform. The new MOOC platform will present the Arab world with unique and vital opportunities that can be part of a necessary revolution in education and learning.
First, the platform will broadcast the best Arab professors to the region, offering original Arabic courses – developed by QRF – to further enrich Arab education. Through its partnership with edX, the platform will also give Arab learners access in Arabic to courses taught and developed at top tier institutions like HarvardX, MITX, and UC BerkelyX. All courses are delivered at no cost to the learner.
Second, QRF envisions the use of the platform to showcase Arab role models by broadcasting short online courses by practitioners and professionals from a variety of fields spanning the arts and sciences.
Finally, QRF believes that the platform will enable the Arab world to take advantage of the international interest in regional affairs to tell its own story to the world. Arab university professors and regional experts can use the platform to give courses in English about the region and its history. This will serve to inform a global audience that is interested in the region’s development.
